About Community Nurses NDIS Provider
Community Nurses is a team of experienced Registered Nurses and compassionate Support Workers who are dedicated to provide you with optimal care to achieve your satisfaction. Flexible and dignified support is provided in-home and in the community to individuals with a disability.
We provide excellence in all aspects of care ranging from nursing services, high intensity daily personal activities, respite care, transport, and community participation. Services are currently offered to individuals from 7 years and above in Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
