Group and Centre-Based Activities
To promote socialisation, Community Nurses offers Center-based Activities and Groups. Support workers facilitate these center-based activities, which include self-directed skill building activities. We encourage participants to engage in independent activities as well as participate in workshops/group activities.

We can assist individuals to enjoy activities that are within a group or centre-based aspect which allows them to have enjoyment in various activities or events they wish to address. Group bases may include skill based such as:
- Dance classes
- Cooking and baking classes
- Art and craft music and
Centre-based activities may include activities such as:
- Soccer, basketball, sports
- Games and other fun & engaging activities.
